We’re hiring at Doggystyle.
Role: Brand Manager and Growth Marketer
Location: Hyderabad
Type: Full-time
We’re looking for someone who can work closely with the founders, performance marketing agency, freelance designers, creators, and our in-house production team to build and grow Doggystyle’s content and brand presence.
This person will be the main POC between the founders and the performance agency, while also driving organic content strategy and execution across our social handles.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and executing the organic content calendar
- Working with the production team to get content shot and edited
- Coordinating with freelance designers and creators
- Managing communication with the performance marketing agency
- Brainstorming campaigns, content ideas, and brand-led initiatives
- Tracking reach, views, engagement, leads, and performance metrics
- Ensuring consistency across all content and communication
- Attending weekly strategy sessions with the founders
We’re looking for someone who understands content, brand, social media, and growth.
Someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, and ensure the brand keeps moving across platforms.
Experience in D2C, pet care, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands would be a plus.
