Who We Are
We are a 14-year-old Creative Shop behind some well-known consumer brands.
At Rasta, we build from scratch, from strategy to execution.
The Role
A Senior Brand Executive at Rasta is not just a doer who waits for direction. You own the room, with clients, with teams, and in presentations. This is a strategy, servicing, and sales role in equal measure.
You will lead up to 4 brands end-to-end, operating at the intersection of sharp thinking and strong relationships. If you can connect dots others miss, communicate ideas with conviction, and make clients feel genuinely looked after, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Strategy
- Execute brand strategy and positioning for your portfolio of brands
- Drive insight, research, and trend scouting to inform brand strat & communication strat
- Build content and community strategies with a clear point of view
- Develop and present new frameworks and fresh thinking internally & to clients
- Own auditing, reporting, and analysis, and turn numbers into actionables
- Lead budgeting conversations with confidence
Client & Relationship Management
- Be the primary point of contact for clients: responsive, reliable, proactive
- Manage projects from brief to delivery without dropping the ball
- Write sharp emails, make crisp decks, and articulate clear briefs that move things forward
- Present ideas with conviction; own the room in client calls and reviews
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in new business pitches alongside senior leadership
- Manage influencer and vendor relationships end-to-end
Team & Internal
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to shape and elevate output
- Brief teams well so great work actually gets made
- Be a sounding board for junior team members on your accounts

Nice to have:
- Background in psychology, consumer behaviour, or applied research
- Experience building brands in FMCG, food & bev, lifestyle, or D2C categories
- A portfolio that shows thinking, not just execution
