Role Description
PrepMed is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Botany Faculty for a full-time on-site role based in Durgapur. The selected candidate will create detailed and accurate subject-specific content aligned with the NEET syllabus, deliver engaging lectures to students, curate practice questions and assessments, and mentor students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications
- Mastery in Botany, including in-depth knowledge of plant physiology, ecology, genetics, and evolution
- Experience in creating customized educational materials and curating subject-specific question banks
- Proven teaching expertise, with strong communication and instructional skills to simplify complex concepts
- Familiarity with the NEET syllabus and examination pattern
- Ability to use multimedia tools, technology, and modern teaching techniques for an enhanced learning experience
- Strong mentoring skills to motivate and guide students towards achieving their academic and career objectives
- Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Botany, Biological Sciences, or a related field (PhD preferred)
- Previous experience in mentoring NEET aspirants highly desirable
