Role Description The Senior Boomi Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining Boomi integrations across enterprise systems. This role involves designing integration solutions, configuring Boomi processes, managing deployment pipelines, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of integrations. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing workflows, and provide technical guidance and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining documentation, performing code reviews, monitoring integration health, and supporting production environments. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to integration standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the integration landscape.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Boomi skills, including Boomi AtomSphere design, Boomi Integration implementation, Boomi Development, and Boomi Consulting experience.
- Candidates should possess solid integration and middleware skills, such as API design, data mapping and transformation, error handling strategies, and experience with enterprise integration patterns.
- Candidates should possess relevant database and data handling skills, including SQL querying, working with relational and cloud databases, and managing data quality and validation.
- Candidates should possess platform and ecosystem skills related to enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM/ERP systems) and experience integrating cloud and on-premises systems.
- Candidates should possess strong software engineering skills, including object-oriented programming concepts, version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with secure coding practices.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex integration issues, optimize performance, and work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document solutions clearly, and mentor team members.
