Antixx TechHub is looking for an experienced Senior BMC Helix ITSM Consultant to join our Enterprise Service Management Practice. If you have expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Kubernetes, Enterprise Integrations, and Solution Architecture, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and prepare solution design, architecture, and technical documentation.
- Install, configure, and administer BMC Helix ITSM (On-Premises) environments.
- Deploy and manage BMC Helix on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker, and support installations using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and customize ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Service Request Management, and CMDB.
- Configure Asset Management & CMDB, including ETL jobs, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality management.
- Design and develop complex Service Catalog workflows and digital service offerings.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, JSON, and XML.
- Develop and maintain Pentaho Spoon ETL jobs for enterprise data integration.
- Configure BMC Helix Dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Design, implement, and maintain High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and DC-DR environments.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with Enterprise Identity Providers (IdP).
- Integrate BMC Helix ITSM with BMC Helix Discovery, BMC Client Management (BCM), BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM), and third-party enterprise applications.
- Perform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and environment health checks.
- Mentor technical teams through code reviews, knowledge sharing, best practices, and technical guidance.
- Provide technical leadership across implementation, migration, upgrade, and support engagements.
- Apply ITIL v4 best practices to enterprise ITSM implementations.

- Experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite / Innovation Studio.
- Experience with BMC Helix Progressive Web Application (PWA).
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations and automation frameworks.
- BMC Certifications will be an added advantage.
