Senior BIM Modeller – Architecture & Structural
Vacancies: 2
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Architectural & Structural BIM models using Revit
Prepare detailed drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules
Coordinate with MEP and multidisciplinary teams
Perform clash coordination and model reviews
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
Support project delivery with accurate and timely modelling
Prepare LOD 300/400 models and construction documentation
Work on Modular Building / Modular Construction projects
Requirements:
Strong experience in Revit Architecture / Structure
Experience in Modular Building projects is mandatory
Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
Experience in BIM coordination workflows
Knowledge of Navisworks will be an added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills

Develop HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical BIM models
Coordinate with Architectural and Structural disciplines
Prepare coordinated shop drawings and layouts
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
Ensure project compliance with BIM standards and deadlines
Support project teams with accurate modelling and documentation
Participate in Modular Building coordination projects
Requirements:
Strong experience in Revit MEP
Experience in Modular Building projects preferred
Knowledge of MEP systems and BIM coordination
Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
