Role Description (IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERED)
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM MEP professional with 7+ years Experience located in Delhi. The role entails managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibilities include creating and implementing MEP BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, supervising model development, and conducting quality checks to ensure high standards. The role also involves troubleshooting design issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM software tools, such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, including their design, integration, and modeling
- Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and managing multidisciplinary projects
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving design and coordination issues
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Project management experience, including the ability to ensure timeline adherence and deliverable quality
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
- Experience in sustainability practices and green building technologies is an advantage
- Professional certifications in BIM or MEP are a plus
