Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior BIM Manager with 8-12 years experience to lead BIM strategy, workflows, and end-to-end project delivery for corporate interior projects. The role requires driving BIM excellence across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality model coordination, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead BIM implementation for corporate interior projects across all project stages
· Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models to ensure seamless project delivery
· Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, libraries, and protocols
· Drive clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks
· Conduct model audits to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance
· Generate detailed drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
· Lead coordination meetings, collaborating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
· Mentor and manage BIM teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous skill development
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
· Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (MANDATORY)
· Proven BIM experience, with a strong focus on corporate interiors
· Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
· Proven experience in handling large and complex BIM projects
· Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination workflows
· Solid knowledge of interior detailing and execution
Preferred Skills
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities
· Familiarity with international BIM standards and practices
