Responsibilities :
1 Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural BIM models using Revit software
2 Prepare GA drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation
3 Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams
4 Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
5 Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and BIM execution plans
6 Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and site feedback into the model
7 Generate quantities, schedules, and basic material take-offs
8 Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, and version control
9 Support project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
Experience & Qualification
5-12 Years expeience in Structural BIM Modelling
- B. E /B. Tech in Civil Engineering /Diploma In civil
