Job Role
Leads MEPF BIM modeling and coordination activities, ensuring delivery of coordinated, clash-free, and standards-compliant BIM models.
Work Schedule & Location
- 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
- Location: Ahmedabad (Office-Based)
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of MEPF BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Manage clash detection and resolution workflows using Autodesk Navisworks
- Ensure compliance with BEP and BIM standards
- Conduct QA/QC and model audits
- Mentor BIM Engineers and modelers
- Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams
- Manage shop drawings and BIM deliverables
- Implement automation workflows (Dynamo / pyRevit)
- Participate in coordination meetings
Skills and Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and coordination workflows
- Experience in LOD 300–500 BIM modeling
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM documentation
- 5–10 years of BIM experience
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or related field
