Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior BIM Coordinator – MEP, based in Gurugram with opportunities for partial remote work. The Senior BIM Coordinator will oversee and manage BIM coordination for diverse MEP projects, ensuring optimal collaboration and precision across disciplines. Responsibilities include managing BIM workflows, facilitating clash detection and resolution, generating comprehensive BIM models, and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. The role also involves liaising with project teams to drive efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BIM Coordination and proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and software.
• Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including their integration into BIM workflows.
• Experience in Architecture and design processes as they relate to BIM and project coordination.
• Strong Project Management skills, including task prioritization, stakeholder communication, and timely project delivery.
• Ability to manage clash detection, adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Familiarity with advanced BIM technologies such as Digital Twins, CDE workflows, and 4D/5D simulations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
