• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for Architecture, Structure, or
MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free model
integration.
• Generate accurate drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM
models.
• Maintain adherence to project standards, LOD requirements, and QA/QC
procedures.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model reviews.
• Support automation and process improvements in Revit and other BIM tools.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP).
• Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection
(Navisworks preferred).
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and LOD standards, Knowledge of
ISO 19650, Understanding of LOD 100–500, Sheet setup and
documentation, Work-sharing and Central Models.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive communication skills.
• Familiarity with international project standards (UK / US / Middle East) is a
plus.
• Understanding of RIBA Stages, BS Standards, IFC Workflow, COBie
(preferred).
• Qualification:
• Bachelor’s / Diploma Architecture, or a related discipline.
• BIM certification or Dynamo/Computational Design knowledge is an added
advantage.
