Senior BIM Architect – ACS
Arth Design Build (ADB) | May 2026 – Present | Hyderabad, India
- Leading BIM modeling and documentation using Revit across architectural projects
- Developing discipline-specific BIM models aligned with project standards and specifications
- Preparing detailed GFC drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models
- Coordinating with BIM coordinators, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams for smooth project execution
- Identifying and resolving design and coordination issues during modeling stages
- Managing DWG clean-ups and ensuring quality control (QC) of drawings and model data
- Extracting accurate 2D drawings from BIM models for site execution and documentation
- Handling revisions and updating drawings based on review comments within defined timelines
- Supporting digital project delivery through structured BIM workflows and efficient documentation processes
