Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Billing Engineer position located in Lucknow. The role involves managing billing processes, preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, and performing quantity surveying. The Senior Billing Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams, monitor project progress, and ensure billing accuracy. The role requires meticulous review of project documentation and adherence to project timelines and budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing BOQ and conducting rate analysis
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve project issues effectively
- In-depth understanding of billing systems and experience in managing construction billing processes
- Expertise in quantity surveying with an ability to execute detailed measurements and cost estimations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
