SolisRx is hiring a Senior BI Consultant to lead client-facing analytics engagements from stakeholder discovery through delivery and account growth.
This is not a back-office developer role. You will run stakeholder interviews, define KPIs, write functional specs, build dashboards, manage engineering resources, and present directly to executives. If you have done this work in consulting or as a senior analytics leader inside a fast-moving startup, this role will feel familiar.
What we're looking for:
6 to 12+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data consulting
Consulting background, whether Big 4, boutique, or independent, or a senior analytics role at a startup or growth-stage company
Deep hands-on skill in at least one of: Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable modern BI stack
Strong SQL, including CTEs, window functions, and data quality debugging
Real client-facing experience: discovery, executive presentations, and conflicting stakeholder management
Comfort managing and unblocking engineers, not just handing off specs
Active AI usage in your day-to-day workflow
Healthcare or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required if you've led complex analytics engagements in other industries.
Role details:
Remote, based in India
Full overlap required with the US Eastern workday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern
Full-time contractor, paid monthly in USD
Compensation: $2,500 to $5,000/month depending on experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
This role sits at the intersection of consulting, analytics, and product thinking. The right person can move from a messy stakeholder conversation to a clear recommendation, a scoped deliverable, a working prototype, and a strong client presentation.
This is not the right role for someone who wants a pure dashboard-building or internal reporting position.
