Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven expertise in marketing IT consultants and ensuring successful placements. This role requires a proactive approach to building vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing placements while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Bench Consultant Marketing: Proactively identify and market bench consultants to suitable opportunities across IT technologies.
• Vendor and Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent job opportunities.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze client job requirements to match consultant skills accurately.
• Negotiations: Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with employment policies, including W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Job Portals and Networking: Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other professional networks for candidate marketing.
• Follow-up and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of submissions, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure streamlined operations.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: 6 months -3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US staffing industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
• Networking: Proven ability to leverage networks and platforms for successful placements.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple consultants and job submissions simultaneously.
• Tools and Portals: Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with US work authorization processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
