Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to manage the end-to-end bench sales process within the US IT staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have strong Tier-1 vendor relationships, proven placement success, and deep knowledge of US visa categories and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to placement
- Ensure high-quality submissions and consistent follow-ups
- Negotiate rates and close placements effectively
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline tracking
- Stay updated on US staffing trends and visa compliance regulations
Required Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
