We’re looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in US IT staffing who can place genuine consultants and close deals fast.
What You’ll Do:
- Market consultants to clients, vendors & implementation partners
- Use Dice, Monster, LinkedIn & networks to drive placements
- Negotiate rates & ensure timely submissions/interviews
- Maintain strong relationships & follow up regularly
What You Need:
- Proven bench sales experience (US staffing)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- A track record of genuine consultant placements
