Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position as a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter, located in Kondapur. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, which includes identifying, screening, and onboarding IT consultants for various projects. Responsibilities also include interacting with clients, maintaining consultant relationships, negotiating offers, handling contract requirements, and ensuring resource placement in a timely manner. A key part of the role centers on fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes
- Experience in Hiring and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and consultants
- Prior experience in IT staffing or bench sales roles, preferably with expertise in tech-focused recruitment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
