Role Description
The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves consulting customers on skincare and beauty concerns, recommending suitable Kimirica products, and providing personalized product demonstrations. The Senior Beauty Consultant will manage daily retail operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. The role includes educating customers and team members on product benefits, ingredients, and self-care rituals, while ensuring a welcoming, premium in-store experience. The Senior Beauty Consultant will also handle customer feedback, assist in inventory management, and collaborate with the store leadership team on promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide informed, personalized beauty consultations.
- In-depth product knowledge and interest in vegan, cruelty-free, and wellness-focused beauty formulations.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a luxury experience.
- Experience in retail sales, including meeting targets, upselling, and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product details in simple terms.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
