Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Beauty Consultant, located in Gurugram. The Senior Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized customer consultations, offering expert advice on skincare and beauty products, driving retail sales, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience aligned with Kimirica's premium brand values.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care practices
- Strong Product Knowledge relevant to beauty, skincare, and wellness
- Customer Service skills with a customer-first approach
- Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Passion for luxury self-care and wellness products
- Prior experience in a similar role and a diploma or certification in cosmetology or skincare is a plus
