Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Beauty Advisor, located in Gurugram. The Senior Beauty Advisor will engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products. Responsibilities include providing personalized skincare and product consultations, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the store’s presentation, and achieving retail sales targets effectively while supporting overall store operations. The ideal candidate will also stay updated on products, trends, and best practices in the skincare and beauty space.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Cosmetology and Skin Care
- Expertise in Product Knowledge, specifically beauty and skincare products
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on personalized recommendations
- Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional certifications or training in beauty and skincare are a plus
- Previous experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment is advantageous
