Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE). The Senior BDE will lead strategic initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and develop proposals and presentations to drive growth. The role involves market research, networking, and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs to offer tailored solutions. Effective collaboration with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver high-value outcomes will also be critical.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound outreach and cold calling to identify potential clients
• Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls with prospects
• Present and explain digital marketing solutions to business owners
• Manage and update leads through CRM and sales pipeline systems
• Work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Support negotiations and assist in closing deals with potential clients
• Maintain organized reporting and performance tracking
• Manage a team to improve sales processes and outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
• Experience in B2B sales or business development in a Digital Marketing Company
• Understanding of digital marketing services (web design, marketing systems, etc.)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Experience working with CRM or sales tracking tools
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Ability to manage conversations with business owners and decision makers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setup
