About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of growth, community, and business development.
Instead of traditional sales, your focus will be to:
Activate existing users/learners as referral channels
Build a self-sustaining pipeline of high-quality leads
Drive revenue through relationship-led growth
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Execution & Revenue Generation
Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls and drive meaningful sales
conversations
Understand customer needs and position relevant offerings to maximize conversion

Consistently work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals
Opportunity Handling & Conversion
Evaluate customer requirements and align solutions to drive purchase decisions
Clearly articulate product/service value propositions to handle objections effectively
Take ownership of moving prospects through the funnel and closing deal
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in EdTech (non-negotiable)
Background in growth, client success, or relationship management roles
Excellent communication skills (clarity, tone, articulation)
Strong ability to influence and build rapport
Data-aware mindset — comfortable tracking and improving performance
