Note: Only candidates with relevant Nutraceutical/Healthcare/Pharma Business Development experience will be considered.

Fermentis Lifesciences (FLS) is a leading contract manufacturing partner for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries. We manufacture gummies, nutrition bars, powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, and softgels for private-label and custom-formulation needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Generate and convert B2B leads for third-party and private-label manufacturing.
- Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations, and business closures.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams for project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of contract manufacturing and private label business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
