Senior BD Executive – Creative Business Development (PR & Social)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office – 5 Days)
We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Creative Business Development who can drive growth through ideas, relationships, and culture. This role goes beyond traditional BD—it blends creative thinking with PR and social media understanding to build meaningful brand partnerships. If you’re someone who networks naturally, spots opportunities, and can turn conversations into collaborations, this is for you.
On Any Given Day, You Might
- Drive new business through networking, industry connects, and relationship-building (not cold calling)
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brand teams, marketers, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal creative, PR, and social teams to develop impactful pitch decks and proposals
- Contribute to and lead pitches with strong storytelling, cultural relevance, and platform-first thinking
- Identify opportunities for PR, media visibility, and social amplification for prospective clients
- Stay updated on trends across social media, PR, and brand communications to spot business opportunities
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking forums, and social spaces
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
- Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of brands and collaborators
The Ideal Person
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, PR, or client servicing within a creative/digital agency
- Strong network across brands, PR, media, or startup ecosystems
- Good understanding of PR, media outreach, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to think beyond sales—focus on ideas, culture, and relationship-building
- Proactive, confident, and people-first approach
Bonus
- Experience working on integrated campaigns (creative + PR + social)
- Exposure to lifestyle, entertainment, or digital-first brands
- Strong personal network and natural flair for networking
