Role Description
The Senior Bartender is a full-time, on-site role based in Kodaikanal. Responsibilities include crafting and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires managing the bar's inventory, accurately handling cash transactions, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to maintain service quality. Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times is also a core duty.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Bartending and knowledge of various beverage preparation techniques
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with diverse guests
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations with an emphasis on maintaining quality and presentation
- Accuracy and accountability in Cash Handling
- Proven ability to manage bar inventory effectively and follow health and safety regulations
- Organizational and multitasking skills to maintain efficiency during busy periods
- Previous experience in a hospitality-focused environment is an advantage
- Certification in bartending, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
