Job Title: Senior Bartender

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with customers to provide a memorable bar experience, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage billing procedures efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
- Senior-level responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor junior bartending staff; provide hands-on training in mixology, service standards, and POS operations.
- Lead shifts, coordinate staffing and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations during peak periods.
- Assist with scheduling, performance feedback and onboarding of new bar team members.
- Oversee inventory control and stock audits; liaise with suppliers and management to maintain optimal stock levels and cost controls.
- Contribute to beverage menu development, seasonal offerings and quality-control initiatives.
- Take responsibility for opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with licensing, safety and hygiene regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a bartender.
- Excellent mixology skills with a thorough knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage and entertain guests.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-coaching abilities, including mentoring and conflict resolution.
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Preferred
- Certification in Bartending or Mixology courses.
