Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Barista located in Sas Nagar. The Senior Barista will oversee daily café operations, prepare high-quality beverages, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include training and mentoring junior baristas, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and promoting a welcoming café atmosphere. Additionally, the Senior Barista will have the opportunity to share their passion and knowledge with customers about specialty coffee.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques, machine handling, and latte art.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, café operations, and health & safety standards.
- Passionate about coffee and committed to maintaining high-quality preparation and service standards.
- Prior experience as a barista or in the food & beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Flexibility with work schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
