We’re Hiring a Senior Backend Java Engineer!

Are you someone who loves designing robust systems, solving complex backend challenges, and building applications that scale? If yes, this opportunity is for you.

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Backend Java Engineer who can help us power high-performance systems and drive engineering excellence across our projects.

📍 Location: Pune (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just write code—you’ll architect, optimize, and innovate.

• Design and build high-volume, low-latency applications
• Own and contribute to the end-to-end SDLC
• Transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Craft clean, efficient, and testable code
• Drive improvements in system performance and reliability
• Mentor, collaborate, and elevate engineering standards

🧠 What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Strong command over Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of system design & design patterns
• Experience with API development, integrations, and performance tuning
• Passion for solving problems and tackling technical debt
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud (bonus points!)

• Experience with Jira, Confluence (Atlassian tools)
• Knowledge of Automation Testing & SQL
