We are hiring a highly skilled Java Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, and MongoDB to build scalable, cloud-ready backend services and event-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience with modern Java technologies, asynchronous architectures, and cloud-native development practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Framework
• Build RESTful and asynchronous APIs for high-performance distributed systems
• Develop event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
• Design and optimize MongoDB-based data models and queries
• Implement secure and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Security
• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams for CI/CD and cloud deployments
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Work with AWS cloud services for deployment and infrastructure integration
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
• 5–7 years of backend engineering experience
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and distributed systems
• Experience building scalable and maintainable microservices
• Familiarity with cloud-native and containerized applications
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in agile development environments
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Core Requirements

• Professional-level expertise in Java development
• Professional-level experience with Spring Framework ecosystem
• Professional-level experience with database technologies, especially MongoDB/NoSQL
• Basic working knowledge of AWS cloud technologies
