We are hiring a highly skilled Java Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, and MongoDB to build scalable, cloud-ready backend services and event-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience with modern Java technologies, asynchronous architectures, and cloud-native development practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Framework
- Build RESTful and asynchronous APIs for high-performance distributed systems
- Develop event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
- Design and optimize MongoDB-based data models and queries
- Implement secure and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Security
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams for CI/CD and cloud deployments
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Work with AWS cloud services for deployment and infrastructure integration
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- 5–7 years of backend engineering experience
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and distributed systems
- Experience building scalable and maintainable microservices
- Familiarity with cloud-native and containerized applications
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in agile development environments
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Core Requirements
- Professional-level expertise in Java development
- Professional-level experience with Spring Framework ecosystem
- Professional-level experience with database technologies, especially MongoDB/NoSQL
- Basic working knowledge of AWS cloud technologies
