- Design, build, and maintain core backend systems using Go.
- Develop reliable, scalable services that power AI-driven enterprise workflows and integrations.
- Build and improve agent pipelines that automate complex enterprise processes.
- Integrate with external enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications.
- Improve system performance, observability, reliability, and production readiness.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across backend services and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to establish sound architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables, from solution design to deployment and ongoing improvements.

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production-grade software.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience developing reliable backend services.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, and core computer science fundamentals.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience building and operating production systems with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a willingness to adopt AI-native software development practices.
