We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 3-8 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable systems, designing robust APIs, and working on high-performance backend architectures. You will play a key role in shaping the core platform that powers our AI products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build robust, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with frontend, data, and ML teams to integrate AI-driven features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, Go, or Node.js .
- Experience with frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, Express, or FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Good To Have
- Experience working with AI/ML-based systems or data pipelines.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. ).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in high-growth startups.
