We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (Casino & Slot Games)
📍 Company: Aperion Gaming
🧑💻 Experience: 6–10 years
⏱ Notice Period: Immediate to max 30 days only
🎯 Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Casino / Slot Game development (profiles without this experience will NOT be considered)
Aperion Gaming is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in slot game production to join our fast-growing team. This role involves working on high-availability, high-load gaming platforms and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable backend systems for real-money gaming products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Design and maintain scalable server-side architecture for slot games
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for client-server communication
• Work with MongoDB and Redis for high-performance data handling
• Implement real-time features using Socket.io
• Manage deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure performance optimization under high-load environments
• Write clean, testable code using Jest and ESLint
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and game teams
• Mentor junior engineers when required
🧠 Required Skills: • Strong experience in Node.js (Express.js), JavaScript, TypeScript
• Solid experience with MongoDB and Redis
• Experience with REST APIs, Postman
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working on slot game backend systems (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of iGaming workflows and production pipelines
