Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Backend Developer role based in Jaipur. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that power the core trading functionality of the platform. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, integrating third-party services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of backend systems.
The Senior Backend Developer will collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver new features, improve existing functionality, and maintain strong security and data integrity standards. The role also includes mentoring other developers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for high-traffic, secure platforms.
- Advanced Programming skills in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Go, Node.js, Python) and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, mongodb, caching, and message queues.
- Knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with security best practices for financial or fintech applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced developers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
