About The Role :
Dataviv Technologies is hiring a Senior Backend & Frontend Developer (Python / FastAPI / AI ) for a high-ownership, high-impact role based in Gurugram. This position is for someone who can independently build and scale modern software systems across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI integration.
You will work directly with the CEO and core leadership team, contributing to architecture, product development, system performance, deployment strategy, and real-world AI implementation. This is not a narrow execution role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership from idea to production.
The ideal candidate should be strong in Python and FastAPI, comfortable across frontend and backend systems, confident with cloud and DevOps, and capable of integrating AI/ML or LLM-based systems into live applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage end-to-end full stack applications from development to deployment
- Develop scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI
- Build responsive, production-grade frontend applications using HTML, CSS, /TypeScript, Angular and/or React
- Design and maintain robust REST APIs, backend services, and system architecture
- Integrate AI/ML models, LLM workflows, or intelligent automation pipelines into production systems
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security using JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, and secure API practices
- Work on real-time systems using WebSockets, queues, async processing, or event-driven workflows
- Handle deployment, infrastructure, and release pipelines across cloud and containerized environments
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Optimize performance, scalability, observability, and reliability of services
- Collaborate across internal teams while taking direct accountability for delivery and quality
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions with a strong product and execution mindset
Required Skills :
Core Requirements :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy full stack development
- Strong expertise in Python
- Hands-on production experience with FastAPI (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and scalable system development
- Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications independently
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
Frontend Requirements :
Strong frontend development experience in :
- HTML
- CSS
- TypeScript
- Angular and/or React
- Ability to build clean, responsive, usable interfaces connected to backend systems and APIs
Backend / Database / Architecture :
Strong experience with :
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- System design and application architecture
- Async programming
- Performance optimization
Good Understanding Of :
- Microservices architecture
- Caching, background jobs, queues, and real-time communication
- WebSockets / Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka or similar systems
DevOps / Deployment / Cloud :
Hands-on experience with :
- Docker (mandatory)
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms :
AWS / Azure / GCP
Good Understanding Of :
- Deployment pipelines
- Monitoring and logging
- Load balancing and scaling
- Production reliability and uptime
AI / ML / Advanced Requirements :
AI/ML experience is mandatory
- Experience integrating AI models or LLM-based systems into real applications
- Ability to work with :
- Model APIs
- Prompt workflows
- RAG pipelines
- Data pipelines
- AI-driven backend services
Exposure to tools or ecosystems such as OpenAI APIs, vector databases, LangChain, semantic search, or agentic workflows will be a strong advantage, and several of the shortlisted profiles you shared already reflect this pattern.
Preferred Profile :
We will strongly prefer candidates who have :
- Worked on production-grade FastAPI systems
- Built AI-integrated products, not just experimental models
- Experience with real-time systems, microservices, and cloud-native deployment
- Strong ownership and ability to work directly with leadership
- Experience in Gurugram / Delhi NCR or willingness to join on-site immediately
- A proven track record of building systems with minimal supervision
