Senior Back End Developer
We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and production-ready back-end applications using .NET/C#, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure API Management (APIM).
The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing cloud-hosted services, creating and securing APIs, optimizing relational databases, integrating systems, and supporting SaaS applications in a fast-paced product engineering environment.

Work Timings:
Only for India-based calling hours of work will be: (2pm - 11pm IST) & covering (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Goa, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kerala) market territory only.
Compensation Range: $10K - $18K USD (annually)

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain back-end applications using .NET / C#.
- Build and enhance secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and web services.
- Work with Azure API Management (APIM) for API publishing, routing, versioning, policies, throttling, and security.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based services using Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL Database, Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights, Monitor, and Service Bus / Queues.
- Design and optimize database objects using SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, indexes, transactions, and relational schemas.
- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, error handling, validation, and secure API development practices.
- Integrate back-end services with front-end applications, third-party platforms, and external APIs.
- Troubleshoot application issues, production defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, release activities, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Follow clean coding practices, design patterns, SOLID principles, and secure development standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–9 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# back-end development.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure API Management (APIM).
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Experience working with cloud-based or SaaS applications.
- Good troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Understanding of secure coding, API security, and application reliability practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience working on SaaS platforms.
- Experience in healthcare, med tech, fintech, or enterprise software products.
- Front-end collaboration experience with ReactJS.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Experience with event-driven architecture or messaging queues.
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered platforms or integrations.
- Azure certification would be an advantage.
