Role Overview

Senior Business Analyst (3–7 years experience) responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution, supporting data-driven decisions, and contributing across the full SDLC.

🔹 Core Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and document requirements.
  • Documentation: Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • SQL & Data Analysis: Perform basic queries for validation and insights.
  • Power BI: Support dashboards, validate reports, and assist in data storytelling.
  • Project Coordination: Help define scope, track progress, and manage timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business, tech, and QA teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Testing & UAT: Prepare test cases and support user acceptance testing.
🔹 Required Skills
  • 3–5 years BA experience with SDLC exposure
  • Strong documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
  • Basic SQL (joins, filters)
  • Power BI (dashboard interpretation)
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication & analytical thinking
🔹 Preferred
  • Domain knowledge (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Understanding of KPIs, data pipelines
  • Certifications: CBAP, CCBA
