Role OverviewSenior Business Analyst (3–7 years experience) responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution, supporting data-driven decisions, and contributing across the full SDLC.
🔹
Core Responsibilities- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and document requirements.
- Documentation: Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- SQL & Data Analysis: Perform basic queries for validation and insights.
- Power BI: Support dashboards, validate reports, and assist in data storytelling.
- Project Coordination: Help define scope, track progress, and manage timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business, tech, and QA teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Testing & UAT: Prepare test cases and support user acceptance testing.

Required Skills- 3–5 years BA experience with SDLC exposure
- Strong documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Basic SQL (joins, filters)
- Power BI (dashboard interpretation)
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication & analytical thinking
🔹
Preferred- Domain knowledge (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Understanding of KPIs, data pipelines
- Certifications: CBAP, CCBA
