We are hiring for a reputed NABL-accredited analytical testing laboratory working with leading Food & Pharmaceutical companies in India.
This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales leader who can drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand institutional client relationships.
🔹 Role: Senior B2B Sales Manager
📍 Location: Kolkata
💰 CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
👨💼 Experience: 15+ years in B2B / Institutional Sales
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a target-driven sales team
• Drive new client acquisition in Food & Pharma sectors
• Develop sales strategies and revenue growth plans
• Manage key institutional accounts
• Ensure sales targets, client retention and payment collection
Preferred Background
✔ Experience in Food / Pharma / Testing / Laboratory Services industry
✔ Strong corporate or institutional sales exposure
✔ Proven experience handling sales teams and revenue targets
✔ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
⭐ Candidates from Food, Pharma, Testing Labs, Scientific Equipment or Institutional B2B Sales will be highly preferred.
