Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Implement synchronous, asynchronous, publish-subscribe, and file-based integration patterns.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical integration designs.
- Produce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and integration flow diagrams.
- Lead the development of complex integration workflows and reusable components.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across systems.
- Implement robust error handling, retries, compensation, and resiliency patterns.
- Optimize integrations for performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of integration components.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure deployability and operational supportability.
- Work closely with business, application, and platform teams to analyze integration requirements.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing guidance and assurance.
- Mentor junior developers and promote integration best practices.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Azure cloud services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid)
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data integration pipelines
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, publish-subscribe, file-based)
- Ability to design HLDs and LLDs for complex integration scenarios
- Data mapping, transformation, and orchestration skills
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps collaboration
- Error handling, retries, compensation, and resiliency best practices
- Performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of integrations
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
