🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR AYURVEDA PHYSICIAN / SENIOR CONSULTANT (Female)🚨
Dr. Sudha's Ayurveda Kendra, a NABH-Accredited Ayurveda Hospital in South Delhi, is looking for an experienced Female Senior Ayurveda Physician / Senior Consultant to join our clinical team and lead patient care across OPD & IPD services.
🏥 POSITION DETAILS
Position: Senior Ayurveda Physician / Senior Consultant (Female Only)
Location: B-5/99, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi – 110029
📍 Close to Africa Avenue & R.K. Khanna Tennis Stadium
Work Mode: On-site / Full-Time
Employment Type: Permanent
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience & clinical expertise)
🕐 Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
☕ Breaks as per duty schedule
🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
👩⚕️ Female Candidates Only
✅ BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) – Mandatory
⭐ MD in Ayurveda – Preferred, especially in Kayachikitsa / Panchakarma
❌ Freshers are NOT eligible
💼 5–10 years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience required
🌿 Hands-on experience in Panchakarma treatment planning & supervision required
📋 Valid NCISM / State Board registration required
📍 Candidates from Delhi/NCR or those willing to relocate are preferred
⏱️ Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct comprehensive OPD consultations, including Nadi Pariksha and Ashtavidha/Dashavidha Pariksha.
• Review and interpret relevant modern diagnostic reports alongside Ayurvedic assessment.
• Manage IPD patients, including daily rounds, treatment planning and follow-ups.
• Develop and supervise individualized Panchakarma protocols, including Purvakarma, Pradhanakarma and Paschatkarma.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans where clinically appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to NABH AYUSH standards, clinical protocols and documentation requirements.
• Supervise and guide junior doctors and therapists.
• Coordinate with the clinical and therapy teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and patient-care initiatives.
