The Role
Full-time, on-site in Financial District, Hyderabad. Open to experienced AutoCAD draftsmen from MEP, architectural, interior fit-out, structural steel, or aluminium fabrication backgrounds. No façade experience needed — you'll be trained on the job by our senior façade team. You'll work on shop drawings, fabrication drawings, material take-offs, and detailing for cladding and glazing.
A strong move up for draftsmen who've hit a ceiling in their current trade and want into one of construction's most technical, best-paid specializations.
Must-Have
- 5+ years hands-on AutoCAD with a strong shop-drawing portfolio
- Background in building construction or interiors (not product/industrial design)
- Solid grasp of construction detailing and ability to read architectural drawings
- Hunger to learn façade systems
Nice-to-Have
- Any prior exposure to aluminium, glass, or cladding work
- Revit or 3D modelling
