We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Australia Accountant to join our team in Ludhiana. This is an onsite role designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the Australian taxation system and compliance standards.

- Experience: 3+ Years in Australian Accounting

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Accountant, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and oversee the end-to-end accounting process. Your core duties include:
- Taxation & Lodgement: Preparation and timely lodgement of BAS, IAS, and Tax Returns.
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of comprehensive Financial Statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets.
- Entity Management: Handling tax returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships.
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliations: Managing bank and ledger reconciliations, as well as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Compliance: Ensuring all work meets ATO (Australian Taxation Office) and ASIC regulatory requirements.
- Software Management: Utilizing cloud accounting software including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
Mandatory Requirements- Xero Certification: Must be a Xero Certified advisor/user.
- Leadership: Proven exposure to team handling or mentoring junior accountants.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Australian accounting principles and tax laws.
Desired Skills & Attributes- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
