Job Summary
Provide legal representation and counsel to advance business goals consistent with relevant state and federal law. Provide risk analysis and risk assessment to protect the company from unintended liability and to defend and pursue the company’s rights in legal proceedings.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru/Pune, India is a requirement of the role. *
Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.
Skills And Background You’ll Need
Education: Doctor of Jurisprudence & Admitted to the Oregon State Bar.
Experience: Requires minimum 6 years attorney experience specifically relevant to the functional area supported (i.e., if attorney supports the Insurance Services Group area, that attorney must have a minimum of 6 years of life and health or employee benefit law experience), or the equivalent combination of education/experience.
