We’re currently seeking to connect with professionals who have experience in US Medicare Processes, particularly those who have held outbound voice-based roles.

If you have worked as a Senior Associate in a US Medicare process and are comfortable handling calls, have good convincing skills, resolving customer queries and ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards, this could be a great opportunity to explore.

The role involves acquring new Customers, managing customer interactions/building rapport, handling Medicare-related queries, ensuring quality and compliance, sales with convincing skills and supporting process improvements where required. Prior experience in an international outbound medicare voice process (US shift)is a must.

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• – Must have experience in US Medicare processes
• – Are comfortable working night shifts (US timings)
• – Possess strong English communication, convincing, sales and problem-solving skills
• – Have experience handling calls independently as a Senior Associate

Location: Kolkata

Shift: US Night Shift

Compensation: As per industry standards
