Role Description : CLO Operations
This full-time, on-site Senior Associate to Assistant Vice President role is based in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai and supports CSC Global Financial Markets clients with end-to-end capital markets and fund administration services.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end CLO deal lifecycle management
• Loan trade settlement and servicing activities
• Cash reconciliation, waterfall processing, and payment validations
• Monitoring compliance tests and covenant reporting
• Coordination with Trustees, Asset Managers, Administrators, and Investors
• Managing reporting deadlines and operational controls
• Supporting onboarding of new CLO transactions and process improvements
Preferred Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience in CLO / Structured Finance / Loan Operations
✔ Strong understanding of syndicated loans and CLO structures
✔ Knowledge of trustee reporting, waterfalls, and compliance testing
✔ Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-focused environment
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
