Position Requirements
Knowledge preferred PwC’s Technology Strategy & Transformation practice is aimed at providing client solutions that are directly related to the CIO/CTO, managing/transforming business functions and providing diligence with respect to technologies involved.
Our range of services includes delivery of client engagement in the following areas:
- Technology Strategy: IT Strategy, Application Portfolio Assessments, Systems Advisory, Business Continuity & Risk, Business case development, Emerging technology and innovation
- ERP Strategy: ERP Assessment and Strategy, ERP System Selection, ERP Business Case
- IT Function transformation: IT operating model transformation and organization design,IT process and service management, DevOps and IT transformation, Technology governance
- Strategic IT sourcing: Strategic sourcing, Request-for-proposal support (design and build), Contract review and optimization, Contract negotiation services, Feasibility assessment, Transition support services
- Architecture & Integration - Technology effectiveness
Skills & Responsibilities
The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge or success in supporting large teams through the design and implementation of changes to strategy and operations:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client organizations, including their industry, competitors, and market trends.
- Collaborate with client teams to identify challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather information and insights.
- Support RFP and Proposal response building. Work on Firm Reinvestment activities and support Thought Leadership.
- Analyze data to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive action plans, strategies, and roadmaps to address client challenges and achieve their goals.
- Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting as necessary.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in technology strategy consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using various analytical tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Demonstrated experience developing winning proposals
- Ability to develop the approach, pricing structure, and team for a proposal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – Technology and Management (Business Administration) specialization preferred
- 3-8 years relevant experience preferably in Digital and Technology in consulting industries
- Certifications relevant to any of the following or more areas -
▪ Cloud-based service providers like AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc.
▪ TOGAF, ITIL 4, COBIT certifications
