We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced professionals for Senior Associate(Technical Support).

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
In this role, you'll:
- Validate and reproduce production issues across Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web platforms
- Investigate bugs to identify root causes and eliminate duplicate reports
- Prioritize defects based on business impact, severity, and customer experience
- Route issues to the right engineering teams and drive them through resolution
- Verify fixes after deployment and ensure successful closure
- Analyze recurring and auto-resolved bugs to improve product quality and reduce technical debt
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and QA teams to streamline the triage process
What makes you a great fit?
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Bug Triage, QA, Technical Support, or Production Operations or Incident Management.
- Hands-on experience validating and reproducing production issues across Web and Mobile applications
- Strong analytical, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize defects based on business impact and technical severity
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, service now, Zendesk or similar tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC, defect lifecycle, and release management
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
