The Senior Associate, Talent, Culture and Administration will play a critical role in
owning and fostering employee engagement and culture at Antarang. In short, the Senior Associate is responsible for making sure that Antarangis are super
motivated to collaboratively work towards our vision but are also having fun along the way!
Responsibilities :
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1) Employee Engagement and Well-being :
- Design engaging staff meetings and other spaces to foster employee well-
- being and engagement
- Cultivate a diverse, inclusive and fun organizational culture
- Design and conduct surveys to uncover underlying factors impacting employee well-being and engagement
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance staff well-being and learning, and support initiatives such as mental health programs and recognition
- efforts.
2) Learning, Systems and Team Development :
- Streamline the Administration function from people-dependent to process- driven structures while upholding Excellence and Care
- Coach and support the distributed Admin team, across different geographies, fostering capability and accountability
- Design and strengthen systems and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across functions.
3) Happy and Productive Workspaces :
- Ensure Antarang offices across locations are clean, happy places with amenities and equipment for productive work
- Ensure all our office spaces embody Antarang values and brand while also retaining their unique culture
- Create streamlined structures and processes to ensure smooth functioning of Admin teams across geographies with quality expectations being met
- Support the Associate, Admin to identify and finalize new office spaces across locations as required within given timelines.
4) Compliance and Operational Support :
- Ensure compliance and audit adherence to laws and organizational policies.
5) Team Management :
- Provide leadership and support to direct reportees within the Talent, Culture and Administration team
- Foster collaboration, communication, and a positive team culture.
Profile Requisites :
- Education: Graduate/post-graduate with 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Social Sector Experience: Beneficial
- Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Excellent
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong
- Passion for Social Impact: Essential
- Flexibility: Ability to work odd hours and travel as required
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaboration and Proactivity: Proactive, innovative, and able to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
