Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple city locations, with a strong focus on bulk and volume hiring. The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and locations
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and direct channels
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic, and face-to-face interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and align on hiring priorities and timelines
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business teams
- Manage and update job postings across various platforms
- Track and deliver on recruitment KPIs and hiring targets
- Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate communication
- Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Drive adoption and effective usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Eligibility / Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in bulk / volume hiring
- Strong hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
